Case studies
Each case study takes one real session and shows all of it: the starting list, the comparisons that changed the order, the three that survived, and what happened after. The opening sections are open to read; the detail opens with your email.
Solo operator · one working week
A fourteen-item week run through The Forced Choice: what got kept, what got parked, and what actually happened by Friday.
Starts with the note: Why your to-do list keeps growing no matter how much you finish
Method comparison · one list, two passes
One list of ten priorities, run twice: once with a rating scale, once with pairwise comparison. The two results disagree in a way worth seeing.
Starts with the note: Ranking beats rating: why comparing two tasks works better than scoring ten
Follow-up · four weeks of parked items
Eleven parked items, tracked for four weeks. Most of them never came back — and that turned out to be the useful finding.
Starts with the note: What to do with everything you didn't pick
Fork in the road · one decision, six comparisons
A genuine fork with no bad answer, stalled for eleven days. Six one-dimension comparisons settled it in an afternoon.
Starts with the note: How to choose between two good options
One email, all of them
Leave your address here and the full detail on all of these opens as you read — no re-entering it on each one.
