1. Who you are contracting with

Stillpoint is operated by Vijay Aravindan Saravanan ("Stillpoint", "we", "us"), a sole trader trading as Stillpoint. By purchasing or using our tools you enter into an agreement with Vijay Aravindan Saravanan. You can reach us through the contact details published on this site.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a tool, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract, and where you use Stillpoint on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

3. What we provide

Stillpoint provides small, finishable digital decision tools — including The Forced Choice — delivered through this website, together with any accompanying workbooks, exports and email reminders described on the product page. Tools are decision aids. They are not medical, psychological, clinical, legal or financial advice, assessment or treatment. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the tools you have purchased, for your own personal or internal business use. You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of anyone else;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping, or circumventing technical or plan limits;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the tools or their content.

6. Intellectual property

Stillpoint and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the service, including its software, methodology, written content, workbooks, design and branding. You retain ownership of the content you enter — your priorities, notes and commitments — and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Service level

We work to keep Stillpoint available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payment terms

Our tools are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your right to use the tools ends; you may request an export of your saved runs within 30 days, after which your data may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
