Every Stillpoint tool sold by Vijay Aravindan Saravanan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the tool isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll return what you paid.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• Contact us directly and we'll raise the refund with Paddle on your behalf. You don't need to give a reason, though we always appreciate hearing one.

What happens next

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Banks typically take three to ten business days to show the credit. Access to the refunded tool is removed from your account, and your saved runs remain readable in your library until you delete them.
